The results reveal that regulatory changes have influenced in different ways. In the case of La Moneda, the built environment was preserved until today, while the environment of Casa Colorada has been changing over time, and a discordance in relation to the maximum height allowed was generated. Finally, the contribution of the potential of urban regulations to the conservation of urban heritage and the sustainable development of the city's historic center is discussed.</p> ER -
