Abstract

The Cultural Direction of the University of Cuenca, after a long period of confinement forced by the tragic world pandemic of COVID-19 and going through a change in the axes that will guide the university - with the election of new university authorities for the next five years, makes room for a change in the paradigm that leads it, underpinning the generation of a process of reinvention in culture and the arts.
