Revista Anales adheres to the ethical standards and publication codes of conduct established by the COPE.

Revista Anales editorial committee is committed to high standards of ethics and good practices in the dissemination and transfer of scientific articles, with the aim of guaranteeing rigor and scientific quality. The driving forces of the editorial committee are to ensure the quality of the material that is published, respect the freedom of expression, maintain the academic integrity of its content, and publish corrections, clarifications and apologies when necessary.

Through the website of the journal, the authors have access to information on the guidelines for authors and on the peer evaluation process; documents that are updated regularly. The editors will not modify their decision in the acceptance of manuscripts, unless irregularities or extraordinary situations are detected. La Revista Anales makes available to the evaluators a guide about what is expected of them. It is evident that the identity of the evaluators at all times is protected, guaranteeing the anonymity of the peers.

As in most scientific journals, La Revista Anales magazine will ensure that articles are published based on their quality and suitability, and not for economic or political gain. In this sense, the fact that the journal is not governed by economic interests, and defends the ideal of free access to universal and free knowledge, facilitates this independence.
