Dieter Roth y el nacimiento del libro de artista contemporáneo
Resumen
Desde los años noventa han proliferado los estudios sobre el libro de artista. Moeglin-Delcroix, una de la primeras teóricas, situó el origen de este género en la obra de Edward Ruscha Twentysix Gasoline Stations, de 1963, y desde entonces se ha repetido en gran parte de la literatura crítica. Este artículo cuestiona la exactitud de esta afirmación y demuestra el papel primordial de Dieter Roth en el nacimiento del libro de artista contemporáneo.
