Abstract

This work is part of a research project that aims to study the consumption, habits and cultural practices in the different formative stages. Its main objective is to analyze the participation in the different cultural and artistic manifestations of the students CEDFI Educational Unit, privately owned and located in the city of Cuenca (Ecuador). To achieve these objectives, an instrument articulated in fourteen content modules has been designed, with the purpose of evaluating the evolution of the main indicators related to the use, consumption, habits and cultural practices. This survey has been applied to the totality of the student universe, integrated by the three levels of Upper Basic and Baccalaureate, which amounts to 243 students. The results obtained offer a very high level of assistance to the different cultural and artistic activities.
