Abstract

Desde la experiencia de ACORDES (Acompañamiento Organizacional para el Desarrollo) en el proyecto: "Control Ciudadano: redes sociales y prácticas políticas" que se está desarrollando en los Cantones San Felipe de Oña y Girón, en la presente comunicación pretendemos dar una breve observación del proyecto y propiciar un debate de ciertos criterios.
