Families, the soul of education
Abstract
The involvement of families in the school is essential, given that, by knowing the contextual aspects, they can contribute directly with the educational centre and support students in offering initiatives and opinions, all of which, in turn, contributes to decision-making and favours inclusion. The school of the 21st century must be able to engage not only learning, but also the presence and participation of all stakeholders in education. The school must transform and adapt; it must be flexible in order to meet the needs of the community, taking into account the plurality and particularities of each student.
Keywords: Education, school, family, inclusion, plurality.
