The Revista de la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas (RFCQ) is an open access journal in the field of Biochemistry and Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Environmental Engineering. It aims to keep the students, professors and professionals informed about scientific advances in their respective fields. We encourage authors of the aforementioned fields to submit original scientific papers or reviews to be considered for publication in this journal.
Scope
The Revista de la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas (RFCQ) of the University of Cuenca reports relevant information related to Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biochemistry and Pharmacy, Engineering Training and Life Sciences and Production.
Type of articles
- Research papers or unpublished technological development with a maximum of twenty (20) pages.
- Review article or state of the art with a maximum of twenty-five (25) pages.
- Advance or update article with a maximum of ten (10) pages.
- Case report and / or technical note with a maximum of eight (8) pages.
- Guest articles and communications to the editor with a maximum of eight (8) pages.
The RFCQ publishes original and unpublished works in Spanish and English; or extended works of congresses of scientific and academic relevance.
Peers evaluation
All articles will be submitted to an arbitration process; The evaluation of the article will be done according to originality, relevance, timeliness, contributions, scientific rigor and compliance criteria established by the editorial standards. Being an arbitrated publication in a "blind" system, the Editorial Board approves its publication based on the concept of specialized peers external to the University of Cuenca. The reception of a work does not imply a commitment to publication
