Gender equality in the art market?

Abstract

The present work aims to manifest gender inequality in the artistic sphere. The objective is to show that, for many reasons, the work of the woman artist is not given the deserved importance, which transcends the institution of the art market. On the basis of research carried out, we seek to reflect on this particularity, as well as to relieve the work of female artists as part of a constant struggle for gender equality, in this case from art.
