Intensities of oblivion: experimentation-creation of images in intersections with Henri Bergson's thought
Abstract
This article follows the way in which oblivion penetrates the materiality of the world and our own bodies. It takes a different approach from usual conceptions to assume the Bergsonian perspective of time in such a way that we could ask ourselves: “how are we touched by the experience of oblivion?”, and “how does this experience about the intensities of the world and ourselves work? As a consequence, we develop an experimentation-creation through images with the purpose of capturing and shaping all the deep emotions produced during the changes in experiences of the everyday life. The research work and text production was displayed from the perspective of research and experimentation with arts of the cultural studies and contemporary languages of the research group ESINED.
