Abstract

El proceso inminente de globalización y apertura de los mercados, deja ver en la sociedad sus vulnerabilidades en los campos político, social, económico, hasta ético. Los impactos de una economía neoliberal absorbente se van sintiendo en escala, hasta afectar negativamente con su imponderable tecnología y capacidad para sumir a todos los modelos culturales bajo el signo de su racionalidad.
