Abstract

La visión del mundo, el paradigma tecnológico y el enfoque de desarrollo marcan momentos históricos de identidad. Así, al rededor del año 1500 la visión orgánica del mundo asociada al desarrollo medieval caracterizó la época del agrarismo. Hace dos siglos la visión mecánica del mundo, el industrialismo, consolidó su hegemonía. En la actualidad la forma generalizada de vulnerabilidades, incertidumbre y signos emergentes caracterizan la época y se advierte el conocimiento y la información como ejes de configuración de las sociedades.
