Abstract

There are organisations and institutions that you go through at work and give the best you can, and when you leave you feel that you contributed and perhaps left the best of yourself or did not contribute much; on the other hand, there are organisations that you go through, that you feel that you receive more than you give, that you learn, and that you end up making them part of your work and personal life. This is the experience, I fear I am not mistaken, that several of us who work in the Organisational Learning for Development centre, a research centre of the University of Cuenca, have had.
