Normative culture and education. Comparative table between Ecuador and Spain
Abstract
The French Revolution marked a before and after in political culture. Its essence lay in equality and freedom, and it succeeded in establishing democracy in several states, which perceived the need to achieve an educational system that would promote national identity. Once this challenge was established, the new struggle was to achieve education for all, striving for children to have a longer schooling. Today, the aim is to achieve quality education, with accessibility for all, at every level of education, regardless of the social group to which one belongs.
