LA PSICOLOGÍA DE LA SALUD COMO ENFOQUE DE INTERVENCIÓN COMUNITARIA

Abstract

RESUMEN

Este trabajo de Investigación-Acción Participativa sistematiza la experiencia desarrollada en quince comunidades urbano-marginales de la ciudad de Guayaquil y en cantones aledaños, durante el segundo semestre del año 2014 y el año 2015.

OBJETIVO: Realizar un diagnóstico-intervención comunitario desde el enfoque de la psicología de la salud, para la promoción de conductas saludables.

MATERIALES Y MÉTODO: Se dividió en tres etapas. En la primera se realizó el levantamiento de la información que permitiera describir a la comunidad. En la segunda se diseñó e implemento la intervención comunitaria. En la tercera su evaluación; los instrumentos utilizado fueron: Registros de observación, guía de entrevista, matriz de diagnóstico y guía de intervención comunitaria.

CONCLUSIONES: Salud integral, seguridad y organización comunitaria son los aspectos básicos de la propuesta comunitaria para mejorar la calidad de vida.

ABSTRACT

This work of Participatory Action-Research, systematizes the experience developed in fifteen urban-marginal communities of Guayaquil city and in close cantons during the second half of 2014 and 2015.

OBJECTIVE: To carry out a diagnostic-community intervention since the health psychology approach to the promotion of healthy behaviors.

MATERIALS AND METHOD: It was divided into three stages. In the first one, the information was collected to describe the community. In the second, the community intervention was designed and implemented. In the third stage its evaluation was done. The instruments used were: observation records, an interview guide, a diagnostic matrix and a community intervention guide.

CONCLUSIONS: An integral health, safety and community organization are the basic aspects of the community proposal to improve the quality of life.
