Abstract

Varón de 57 años de edad con historia de mareo, palpitaciones y síncope a repetición relacionados con el ejercicio físico de 6 meses de evolución.
Se diagnosticó de bradicardia sinusal y extrasístoles supraventriculares, iniciándose tratamiento con Carvedilol 3,125 mg al día; el fármaco no fue tolerado exacerbando el cuadro clínico, por lo que se decide reiniciar estudios de la bradicardia.
