Abstract

Se estudia un paciente de sexo masculino, de 45 años de edad, soltero, procedente y residente en el cantón Pucará, provincia del Azuay, de ocupación guardia de seguridad, con primaria completa, católico, que ingresa por presentar desde hace 4 días parestesias en miembro inferior izquierdo que luego se extienden a miembro inferior derecho, dos días antes de su ingreso presenta paraparesia especialmente en miembro inferior izquierdo, sin alteraciones en el control de esfínteres.
