Abstract

This presentation seeks to share the experience lived in the university teaching-artistic field through the Subject: Bioenergetic Character Structures for the Construction of Characters, which is taught in the Bachelor of Acting, UAQ. It is a theoretical-practical subject and its structure is planned so that, of the 15 sessions, six are theoretical and nine are practical. The theoretical stage has the objective of understanding and distinguishing the character structures of bioenergetics from their behavior and possible origin factors. The practical stage involves:

  1. Develop personal and group training and an approach to bioenergetics; B. Assimilate and apply the energy level and physical characteristics of the different character structures; C. Adapt the different characteristics of each character structure into character creations.

The above, with the purpose of offering a unifying approach between character creation and psychology.

Keywords: Bioenergetics, Creation of characters, psychology, character structures.
