After a reviewer's first opinion, if applicable, the changes suggested by the peers will be sent to the authors, and once the changes are done, the manuscript will be sent for a second blind peer review. After the last opinion of the peers, the Editorial Committee will decide whether or not to publish it, notifying the authors within a maximum period of five months from the submission of the article. Once this process has been completed, the articles will enter the waiting list for publication, according to the criteria of the Editorial Committee.

Manuscripts that don't comply with these standards will be returned to the authors for necessary modifications.
