Territorialisation and belonging, the path of Acordes over 27 years
Abstract
Nowadays, many enterprises, organisations and institutions are born, but it is very difficult for them to be sustained over time.ACORDES (Acompañamiento Organizacional al Desarrollo), has qualities that allow it to remain in time, generating development and accompanying the development of the peoples of southern Ecuador. The network of social and organisational relationships and a sense of belonging have been the fundamental pillars for the territorialisation of the different projects that have been carried out during these 27 years of institutional life and trajectory. This essay aims to critically recognise the attributes that ACORDES possesses for its permanence in time, being an example for the different organisations of the Ecuadorian Austro.
