From leaders to social entrepreneurs: analyzing the role of leadership styles in social entrepreneurial potential
Abstract
In a world increasingly aware of the need for sustainable solutions to social and environmental challenges, social entrepreneurship emerges as a promising avenue to generate positive impact. Social entrepreneurship seeks not only the creation of economic value, but also the generation of social benefits, making it a crucial tool for promoting sustainable development and addressing complex issues that require innovative solutions. Leadership, in this context, plays a fundamental role. Leaders not only inspire and motivate, but also shape the environment in which social entrepreneurs develop. Different leadership styles can influence the formation of entrepreneurial capabilities in different ways, affecting vision, innovation and the ability of individuals to generate social impact.
