Since the Ecuadorian Constitution of Montecristi came into force in 2008, it has created many expectations regarding the development of its content, since the realization of the rights and the structure generated with it, reflected the essence of social needs in Ecuador. One of its main objectives was to achieve material justice, and above all to create access by those who historically have not had a voice, and one of the main mechanisms for this was to establish jurisdictional guarantees close to Ecuadorian society, easy access; However, this purpose seems to have gone through a series of obstacles that have been fading away. This article pretends to observe briefly the development that these guarantees have had.
