Marc Craps (°1957) is an organizational psychologist (PhD) and cultural anthropologist. He has 30 years of experience in community and university development cooperation in South America. He is currently senior-lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Management of KU Leuven (Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium), at the campus in Brussels. He teaches Organizational Learning & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Qualitative Research Methodology, in the Master Programs. His research at the Centre for Sustainable Entrepreneurship (CEDON) is focused on collaboration between governments, companies and civil society, to deal with complex sustainability issues. He is frequent reviewer for various academic journals, like Ecology and Society, Journal of Cleaner Production and Organization Studies. He is coordinator of the KU Leuven WorkgroupLab on Sustainable Global Cooperation and member of the KU Leuven Interfaculty Council for Development Cooperation. He is founding member of Cycloop, a network for facilitation and action-research on multi-actor collaboration. He is also promoter of the transversal project of the interuniversity cooperation program between the Flemish Interuniversity Council (VLIR-UOS) and the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo (2017 – 2022), to co-create transdisciplinary solutions for vulnerable urban and rural communities in Bolivia with a Collaborative Learning Community approach.
