The paper develops a reflection with emphasis on work’s experience in devices known generically as “thesis’ workshops “. These workshops usually propose a tour of various contents ranging from epistemological reflection, revision methods and research techniques, to those related to the article in its many dimensions. The focus is on this last point. It starts from the experience of several years in the development of a proposal of praxis and reflection about the written production research- oriented that aims to facilitate the complex literacy process demanded by the preparation of a thesis: a re-understanding of the language’s rules, the communication strategies and the familiarity with the various formal and generic aspects that are involved in this verbal artifact.
