The following article aimed to approach the category of becoming, as a traceable process in a research project with women former armed combatants of the insurgent group Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia -FARC-, based on three central authors: Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guatari (2002) and Rosi Braidotti (2002). In this sense, an exploration is made of the ontological, epistemological and methodological elements that these authors offer for the investigation of the possible multiple becomings, metamorphosis and experimentation in these female subjects in their proximity to the exercise of war in a country like Colombia.
