Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The author has reviewed the author guidelines and is aware that the violation of any of the following 10 points will result in the immediate rejection of the manuscript.
- The author/s are responsible for article content and for having contributed to the conception, design and implementation of the work; data analysis and interpretation; for having participated in the drafting of the text and its revisions; and in the approval of the version that is finally submitted.
- Changes in content, if any, after revision, and changes in the style of the manuscript by the Estoa Editorial Team are accepted.
- The author/s transfer the property rights (copyright) of the present work to the University of Cuenca (Ecuador), editor of Estoa for all editions of the journal (printed and electronic).
- The author/s declare themselves free from any situation that may involve a conflict of interest in connection with the submitted article, and that they have respected the ethical principles of research.
- I/We have read the instructions for authors and are aware that failure to comply with any of the following 10 points will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.
- The article contains no evidence of the identities or institutional affiliations of its authors, except where requested.
- The article follows the format of the template and all the instructions it contains.
- Bibliographic references were made according to APA Standards Seventh Edition.
- All tables and/or figures are referenced in the text and have been attached as ‘Supplementary files’ separately and in Excel or JPG format as appropriate. Each has a title and source.
- I/We have enclosed the signed Originality and Copyright Assignment documents with all the information requested in these documents.
