Abstract

This article focuses on our city, with its outstanding features, and its textual realization of theoretical and urban fundamentals that were used in the conquest and Spanish colonization; it historic center, it tradition, it history, it landscape and relationships with nature represent a facet of the collective memory of humanity and mark a constant value. The dialogue of the city with the mountain range that surrounds it and with the four rivers that cross it are compelling facts for those who live and those who visit it.
