Abstract

There are fifteen years since the declaration and it is time to open a dialogue active and proactive among all who work or we link with the heritage as citizens and public and private institutions. It is very favorable that Cuenca would be alive as it is: a heritage city of elements, spaces and cultural experiences that not only respond to important needs of its citizens, but which reveal its soul and spirit.

Keywords: Cuenca, citizenship, traditional crafts.
