Veterinary Doctor of the University of Buenos Aires and Doctorate in Biology of the Reproduction in the University of Sciences, Pierre and Marie Curie of Paris, France. Retired since 2013 from the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) where he was a researcher and creator and Head of the Reproductive Biotechnology Group for 42 years. Professor of Animal Physiology at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Mar del Plata in the last 35 years where he currently teaches postgraduate (Master and Doctorate) and integrates the Doctorate Commission since 2010. He was a researcher in the biology of animal reproduction and in the development of reproductive biotechniques in animals. He has directed 28 Master Thesis and 5 Doctorate Thesis and published more than 150 research articles of which 56 in journals indexed in SCOPUS. He has completed two postdocs, France and Spain. He was hired by the Secretariat of Science and Technology of Spain to conduct research on the recovery of endangered species. Between 2014 and 2015 (12 months) he participated in the PROMETEO program of SENESCYT), period in which he created a Research Group (Reproduction Biotechnology), participated in the elaboration and execution of 12 research projects of Graduation and Master Thesis and 1 of the DIUC, participated in the Coordination of the Master in Animal Reproduction, organized the First International Congress on Animal Production and actively participated in the training in the research of teachers through weekly scientific-technical meetings and supporting the preparation of projects research.
